Wheelchair users
All public spaces of AMUZ are accessible for wheelchair users.

Foyer
The foyer of AMUZ is open as of one hour before the start of the concert.

Summer Café Elzenveld
Summer Café Elzenveld will be open from Monday August 24th till Saturday August 29th, from 11h00-17h30. On Sunday August 30th, the Summer Café will be open 11h-15h.

Latecomers
There are no intermissions during AMUZ concerts. Therefore, no latecomers will be admitted.

Cloakroom
The cloakroom of AMUZ is unattended. AMUZ is not responsible for theft or damages.

Mobile telephones and electric watches
Mobile phones and signals from electric watches must be turned off before the start of the concert.
 
Audio and visual recording
It is absolutely forbidden to make any audio or visual recordings during the concerts and performances without explicit permission from the AMUZ management.

Privacy policy
Information about the public, gathered through reservations, requests for information or registration via www.amuz.be , is only used by AMUZ to inform the public about upcoming events or program changes. All handling of personal information is carried out in conformity with the law of December 8 1992 safeguarding individual privacy.
